Same Day Delivery
If your order is placed by 2 p.m. in the recipient's time zone, same-day delivery is generally available throughout the US and Canada.

Time Deliveries
We would be happy to honor requests for specific time deliveries namely AM, PM or by a specific time in the afternoon, such as by 4:00 PM., if the order is placed 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to meet your special delivery requests; however, in some cases, delivery may not be possible by the requested time due to circumstances beyond our control. Also, in general, we are unable to accommodate specific times during the two day period prior to and including the major floral holidays: Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Sunday and Holiday Deliveries
Delivery service is often not available in many areas on Sundays or legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a Sunday or legal holiday may have to be delivered the day before or the day after the date requested.

Florist attempts delivery
Recipient is not at home
If the recipient is not at their home, a delivery is attempted, the florist may choose:
  • Call the recipient ahead of time to make sure that they are going to be there or to schedule an appropriate time.
  • Leave a note on the door of the recipient's home asking them to call the florist and schedule an appropriate delivery time.
  • Leave the arrangement in a covered area of the home (porch or other entrance).
  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door referring them to the neighbor who accepted for them.
  • If you do not wish for the delivering florist to use any of these procedures, please make sure that you indicate this in the "Special Instructions " box on your order form.
Funerals Funeral orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family.
Substitution Policy Most Important is get it there on time:
  • If our florist is out of a particular decorative element, i.e. a specific basket, vase, plush, etc., the florist may substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
  • Next criteria is flowers must be fresh and beautiful:
  • Flowers to Deliver partner florists professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same, with our partner florists paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations
  • Flowers to Deliver partner florists use only the freshest flowers and make substitutions based on seasonal and regional availability
  • In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference over color, if a florist is out of "yellow tulips," they will substitute another color of tulips, not another yellow flower.

Changing or Canceling Your Order:
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
We are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
